Choose a document on the left or upload a new one.

Each signature box belongs to one signer (for example Seller, Buyer, Witness). Their name and date boxes are filled from that signature. Click the small label on a box to change its signer.

Create one private link per person. The reference name is for your records only and is never shown to the signer; they type their own full name when they sign. Enter an email and ClearSign sends the link automatically, or leave it blank and copy the link.
